About Me

mormonmovieguy: I am a marriage and family therapist/mental health professional. I received a master's degree in family therapy from Auburn University and a bachelor's in clinical psychology from Brigham Young University. Born and raised in Arizona, I served a mission to Chile. I live in St. George, Utah with my wife and family. Since 2008 I have been an entertainment columnist for Meridian Magazine (http://www.meridianmagazine.com/author/326). My background in entertainment consists of writing and performing for the BYU sketch group Divine Comedy and working as actor, writer, and/or director on various independent films.
